Symbian is closed system which restricts normal user access to system folders and files. This howto describes you how to disable symbian platform security and access system folders.

1. Get HelloOX from http://www.helloox2.com/ (this is unsigned so you need certificate)

2. Get certificate from http://cer.opda.cn/en/index.php??module=index
You have to register to OPDA and apply for certificate and they will provide you one in 12-24h

3. Sign HelloOX with some signing application like http://cer.opda.cn/uploads/tools/signsis.exe

4. Install HelloOX to your phone and start the app it hacks the phone (when finished with everything remember to unhack the phone by running the app again)

5. Do what you need to do e.g access the whole filesystem

6. Unhack your phone
